CANCELLATION AND APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING
Ihya House of Aesthetics enforces a 48-hour cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule, kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in charges equivalent to the treatment cost or deduction from treatment courses. For Complimentary Consultations, a £50 deposit is required for inadequate notice. Similarly, for other treatments, the treatment deposit will be charged. Cancellations can be made in person, via phone, or email, with our clinic operating 6 days a week.
DEPOSITS
While our Aesthetic Consultations are complimentary, a small deposit secures your time slot (£50 for Aesthetic Consultation). Doctor Consultations are £100, with the fee redeemable against treatment but non-refundable. On-the-day treatment bookings require a deposit, the amount dependent on the treatment cost. This deposit is non-refundable if treatment is not pursued or deemed unsuitable after consultation. We recommend consultations to assess suitability based on Medical History.
REFUNDS
Purchases of treatments or treatment packages are non-refundable but transferable to alternative aesthetic treatments or as in-store credit within 14 days of purchase. Credit notes expire after 12 months, with reasonable flexibility for pregnancy cases. For courses already commenced, credit note calculation will be based on individual treatment prices, forfeiting discounted package rates. Product purchases are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive promptly for appointments to minimise wait times, especially considering infection prevention measures. While late arrivals are accommodated when possible, treatments may be shortened or rescheduled, with late cancellation fees applicable for rescheduled appointments.
TREATMENTS DISCLAIMER
While significant results are achieved in many cases, individual outcomes may vary based on biological factors, response, diet, and lifestyle. Treatment programs may be adjusted during the course to align with individual needs.
CHILDREN POLICY
For safety reasons, unaccompanied children are not permitted in the clinic. Our staff are neither trained nor insured for child supervision, and we kindly request clients not to leave children with our employees during treatments. Additionally, children are not allowed in the treatment room at any time.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted on-site due to hygiene reasons.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Purchased Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months. When booking, please provide the voucher number and bring the voucher to your appointment.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional offers are limited to one per person and cannot be combined with other offers or product purchases.
Minimum 20% deposit applies on all offers and promotions.
REFERRAL VOUCHERS
Referrals earn both the referrer and referee discount scheme benefits for clinic treatments.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
Complaints should be emailed to the clinic manager at Ihya House of Aesthetics. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
